Transfer of enrollment
All completely paid enrollments are transmittable to other persons from the same association if the listed person is unfit to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the listed person in writing to support@scientificiq.org. Details must include the full name of the relief person, their title, contact phone number, and dispatch address. All other enrollment details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Registration can be transferred from one conference to another conference of Scientific IQ Conference if the person is unfit to attend one of the conferences. still, Registration cannot be transferred if it’s insinuated within 15 days of the separate conference. The transferred enrollments won’t be eligible for Refund.
Visa Information
Given increased security measures, we’d like to request all the actors to apply for a Visa as soon as possible. Scientific Command Conferences won’t directly communicate delegacies and consulates on behalf of visa aspirants. All delegates or companies should apply for a Business Visa only. Important note for failed visa operations Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of Scientific IQ Conferences, including the incapability to gain a visa.
Venue Policy

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Keeping given advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, hospices, and other charges, we had to keep the Refund Policy as follows- Before 60 days of the conference Eligible for Full Refund less $ 200 service figures Within 30- 60 days of the Conference Eligible for a 50 payment Refund Within 30 days of the Conference Not eligible for a Refund E-posters, videotape donations & Discounted Payments won’t be reimbursed. still, and you decide to withdraw from sharing in the conference for any reason, please note that refunds won’t be issued, If we offer a reduction package and give you free accommodation with only a nominal payment. This is because arrangements have formerly been made on your behalf at the venue, and payments have been rendered to the hostel.
